Rockford Ball Screw manufactures ball screws and linear guide rails and offers decades of expertise in a very mature, highly-competitive, and price-driven industry. When RBS wanted to rebrand they looked to Ignition. Finding that their current message was dated and too internally focused, our New customer focused message of “It’s Your Move.” was established which speaks to their customers’ need of moving objects from point A to point B.

Message Dictates Design

A shotgun approach wouldn't be effective in this kind of environment. So new messaging would be tailored to target specific industry segments supported by updated print materials, trade ads, social media, email marketing, a website with product configuration tools... and a robust digital marketing plan to bring it all together.

FROM THE INSIDE OUT

The RBS rebrand would reach virtually all points of outbound customer contact. Extending the experience even further, RBS would outfit their manufacturing facility with branded graphics…everything from industry applications to employee recognition. This would give both visiting customers and employees an opportunity to take part in the company's vision and brand DNA.
