Ignition Studio completes new website designs for Alpine Bank and sister bank Belvidere Bank. www.bankalpine.com and www.belviderebank.com, launched on July 15, 2007. And exactly one year later, the banks merged into one website under the Alpine Bank name.
Beyong the design, the site offers a many user-friendly tools to better serve customers, including interactive satellite maps for branch and ATM locations and hours, RSS news feeds on news and events, on-the-fly printer-friendly web pages, and a version that's viewable on a PDA.
Custom content management tools were developed that allow bank staff in several departments to administer web page content so information on the site is timely and relevant.
"The new website has been extremely well received by customers and bank staff since their July launch," said Lesly Couper, Vice President - Marketing and Communications, Alpine Bank. "Within the first month of the site going live, we saw over 150% in increased online traffic."
